List of supported camera models, lenses, and image formats
Support status
Infrared images from DJI / FLIR / HIKMICRO / Fluke / Skydio / Autel / NEC Avio / testo cameras can generally be analyzed.
Use the tables below to check which models have been verified and whether infrared-to-visible alignment is supported.
As a rule, models not listed in the tables do not support alignment.
*Alignment accuracy varies with shooting conditions.
*"Verified" does not guarantee operation.
*Images captured using the thermal camera's zoom function cannot be aligned.
Alignment support requests
If your camera or lens is not listed above, you can submit a support request. We calibrate the camera using sample images (several infrared + visible pairs) and add it to the supported models.

Alignment for the Zenmuse H20N uses the wide camera (_W, 1920×1080). The zoom camera (_Z) has a variable focal length and is not supported for alignment.

File layout for the T640 depends on how the images were saved. FLIRxxxx.jpg files taken straight from the camera embed the visible image in a single file, and CRITIR extracts and pairs it automatically. This layout supports alignment with any lens.
The two-file layout exported from FLIR Tools (IR_xxxx.jpg + DC_xxxx_full.jpg) is supported as well, but it does not retain the lens information needed for alignment, so only the 25 mm (FOL25) lens can be aligned. With any other lens, copy the images directly from the camera instead.
Other FLIR models are supported as well: temperature readout and pairing work for any radiometric JPEG. Alignment is available when the camera records lens information (Real2IR) in the image.
